Hosted at Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge, tucked into the jungle of Belize's Cayo District, this retreat trades the beach for the canopy: birdsong mornings, slow afternoons by the water, a restorative massage, and unhurried evenings with good conversation.

Your retreat experience includes:

Riverside Room — Comfortable resort accommodation featuring a king bed, available for shared or private occupancy

Creekside Cottage — A charming rainforest cottage featuring a king bed, available for shared or private occupancy

Shared Accommodations: Shared packages are priced for two guests sharing one king bed. If you need a different sleeping arrangement, please let us know before booking so we can discuss available options

The Retreat Rhythm

Into the Stillness is designed to feel spacious, restorative, and grounding. Days balance shared experiences and connection with personal space to relax, reflect, and take in the rainforest around you. Expect enough structure to feel held and enough downtime to feel free.

Travel Notes:

Flights to Belize City (BZE) are not included. Group airport transfers are coordinated around designated arrival and departure times and depart in small groups, so some waiting time is expected. Private transfers can be arranged separately at your own expense. Details will be shared after booking.
